About the role

We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our people operations team, specializing in the Absence and Time Tracking modules of Workday. You’ll be part of a small central team where you will balance day to day priorities with project work.
As the HRIS Analyst, you will be the point of contact for Absence and Time Tracking, and ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving, and providing expertise on the system for the HR department and wider business groups.
You will also be responsible for performing data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics while ensuring information security, testing updates , and improving process efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Workday HR System, be able to navigate different software through use and learning, and demonstrate tenacity to solve system challenges.
