Responsible for generating enterprise-wide planned and unplanned work orders and related data. Updates and accurately maintains the Enterprise maintenance software database MAXIMO particularly Assets and Work Order-related applications, i.e., job plans and preventive maintenance, assets, work order accuracy, etc.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Generates and monitors all work orders.

+ May create/update work-related documentation/SOPs.

+ Ensures accurate and consistent data is entered within the computerized maintenance management software (MAXIMO).

+ Creates and updates all preventative maintenance and job plan data. Preventative Maintenance (PMs) to include Hazardous Equipment, De-Winterizing and Winterizing PMS, as required.

+ Creates/edits/updates Asset application records.
