Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing tender drawing and tender requirements
- Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects
- Filling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Undertaking early stage budget preparation and detailed cost planning
- Source supplier quotation for tender costing
- Review sub-contractors’ bids and negotiate contract order values
- Prepare documentation for sub-contractors
- Measurement using on screen take off and Glodon software
- At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in a main contractor
- Experience with residential / commercial building projects
- Good pay + good allowance + good bonus
