As a Role Readiness Associate in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) you will be part of a team responsible for the training and knowledge management needs of the organization. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the JPMorgan Commercial & Investment Bank providing commercial lending support to multiple business units across the firm. The Operation provides loan documentation; closing and funding; payment and fee processing; syndicated loan processing; credit administration; collateral perfection and management; customer service and reporting; and construction management.

In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and support role‑specific learning programs focused on new hire skill enhancement and change readiness.
