Job Description

From September to June, the Schools & Retreats team turns ordinary weeks into extraordinary adventures! Whether it’s middle schoolers zip‑lining for the first time, high schoolers bonding over campfires, or adults recharging on a team retreat and enjoying the food and facilities, we create life‑changing experiences for everyone who visits. Each year, we welcome over 25,000 guests - students from grades 6 to 12, corporate groups, and church retreats. This team brings energy and excitement, creating memories that last a lifetime.
