Responsibilities
Provide expert 3rd‑level support for SCADA/IIoT applications on Windows and Linux.
Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and performance issues across field devices, controllers, and backend systems.
Automate tasks and improve data quality using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Create documentation and help improve processes.
Work closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams to roll out new applications and updates.
Support and enhance legacy SCADA systems (WinCC, NC2) while contributing to modernization efforts.
