Responsibilities Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating Customers for Life. Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications. Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed. Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening. Assist with crawlspace & termite work. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal. Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
