This is an internal EOI for a role at the heart of heart of how we show up for our partners.  We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our close-knit team at HQ.

If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership without being asked, and bring precision to everything you touch we want to hear from you.  Hours are Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 4.30pm.  

What you'll own:

• Day-to-day partner coordination: You're the connective tissue between our team and our partners; keeping communication flowing, timelines on track, and nothing falling through the cracks
• Order processing, rebates, and invoicing:  End-to-end accuracy at pace; errors cost trust and you're the person who prevents them
