Qualifications

• CPA

• With at least 4-6 years of experience in AP and GL processes

• With experience using major accounting software like Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Sage

• Advanced excel skills (Lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), PivotTables, advanced formulas (SUMIFS, IF, TEXT, DATE), data validation, conditional formatting, Power Query for data cleanup, and financial modeling/report automation)

• Strong communication skills (must be fluent in English or at least average)

• Must demonstrate strong accounting knowledge beyond formal credentials

• Should be able to confidently answer practical accounting questions during interviews

• Must exhibit both confidence and mastery in applying accounting principles to real-world scenarios
