As a Senior/Principal engineer, you will be part of a ground-breaking Advanced DRAM R&D wet etch team. The position promises ample opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and testing a new dimension with Advanced DRAM! You will work directly with Process Integration and other process areas such as Dry Etch, Metals, CVD, Diffusion, Lithography & CMP.
