*Position Summary* This co-op will report to the West-East Rail Director and work on projects and tasks to support the entire Rail unit. This will include supporting the WER Director with research, analyses, and developing presentations; participating in meetings, taking notes, and tracking follow-up items; and making field visits. This position can work up to 37.5 hours per week but will require a minimum of 12-15 hours per week. The selected candidate must report to 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA for at least 4 hours between 8 AM and 4 PM. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Develop scope and support WER Director in an ADA Operations Plan for Compass Rail stations which will evaluate ADA infrastructure and procedures at each station. * Inventory Compass Rail Stations: identify ownership, capital and maintenance responsibilities, operating agreements/easements, etc. * Quantifying benefits for intercity passenger and freight rail.
