We started by building Norway’s leading online grocery store, and we’re building one of the most effective retail systems in the world, delivering groceries to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps every week.

To supercharge our entire organization - from product engineering to core support functions - we are establishing a brand-new, dedicated AI Enablement Team. We are seeking two Senior Software Engineers who want to shape Oda's long-term AI strategy, tooling landscape, and internal adoption practices from the ground up – while also demonstrating best practices building internal tools and apps with AI themselves. The team will report to the CTO directly.
