What you will do

 • Responsible for review and approval of supplier Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans for Downhole Completion Equipment, OCTG and Wellhead and tree equipment.

 • Steward supplier evaluations and assessments, facility qualifications and API Q1 compliance audits.

• Provide assistance to Wells procurement teams to incorporate Wells Quality Manual (WQM) and associated Appendices into quality exhibits for tender documentation packages. 

• Lead or support supplier assessments to ensure compliance with the ExxonMobil Quality specifications, API Q1 and industry standards such as API 11D1, API 14A, API 14L, API 19LH, API 19SS, API 19G1, etc.,

 • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and quality performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve processes.
