• Diploma in Health & Skincare and ITEC or CIDESCO/SAAHSP

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience spa, preferably within the spa or wellness industry

• Practical experience in aesthetic and slimming treatments

• Strong knowledge of therapies, and wellness service

• Experience in staff management, scheduling, stock control, and retail management

• High standards of hygiene, safety, and operational compliance

• Strong communication in Afrikaans and English, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a team

• Experience with booking systems and spa software (advantageous)
