GEMS Founders School – Masdar City is looking for a dedicated School Counsellor to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development through counselling services and wellbeing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of experience in a student support role. The School Counsellor will play a key role in fostering a culture of mental health awareness and resilience within the school community.
