Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct QA/QC inspections for fabrication, installation, and welding works at site.
- Perform visual inspection of welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor welding procedures, welder qualifications, and material traceability.
- Carry out inspection on piping, structural, and mechanical installation works.
- Review and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
- Monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities such as RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT.
- Ensure all inspection and testing activities comply with project quality plans and international standards.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and punch list clearance.
