**Job description:**

We are seeking a skilled Welders and Fitters to join our team. The Fitters must be able to weld their own fits. **Every candidate must pass a 3g weld test on carbon steel, and can arc gouge.** The successful candidate will be responsible for welding pipes up to 120 inches in diameter, primarily using flux core welding techniques. Candidates should be able to back gouge and have experience welding boilers or pressure vessels, as these skills typically transfer well to the position. Welding will be focused on carbon steel, with stainless steel experience as a plus.
