Job Description
As a TIG Welder on 2nd shift, you’ll be a key part of a team that supports cutting‑edge projects in industries like semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers. In this role, you’ll set up your work area, verify materials, and perform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel to meet daily quality and production goals. You’ll also troubleshoot welding equipment and follow proven safety and quality practices like Lean Manufacturing and 5S. We value continual learning and encourage you to grow your skills on the job. 2 openings 1st shift- 5:00am-3:30pm M-F
2 openings 2nd shift- 3:30pm-2:00am M-F
15% differential for 2nd shift
All 2nd shift candidates must be able to work on 1st shift for 4-8 weeks for training before moving to 2nd shift
