Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a secure, permanent position with a well-established industry leader? I am recruiting skilled welders to join our client’s expanding team on a set day shift pattern. This is a direct, permanent opportunity with excellent pay, high overtime potential, and great benefits.

Shift Pattern

• Day Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm
• Pay Rate : £18.12 per hour (PAYE) Annual Salary : £36130 (Basic)
• Overtime : Available up to £36.24 per hour, providing significant earning potential

Key Responsibilities

• Welding structural steel components
• Performing MIG/MAG downhand, fillet, and butt welds
• Welding to coded standards
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
