**Welder/Fabricator (MIG & TIG – Stainless Steel)**

**Pay:** $38–$45/hr

**Job Description**

We’re seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator specializing in stainless steel to support full-cycle custom fabrication. This position requires strong TIG welding skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to complete high-quality, custom builds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform full-cycle fabrication of custom stainless steel components and assemblies
+ Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, and grinders
+ Execute precision TIG welding on stainless steel materials
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
+ Grind, polish, and finish parts to meet quality standards
+ Fit, assemble, and modify large industrial units
+ Work in confined or tight spaces when needed to complete fabrication and finishing
