Welders typically average between 2,000 to 2,500 welds per day, focusing on consistent cosmetic welding. Your role will include loading metal onto fixtures, welding specific parts, and passing units along for further completion. This is a team-oriented position where productivity is measured by the weld cell rather than individual performance.
