**Job Title: TIG Welder/Fabricator**

**Job Description**

+ This role focuses on precision TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components in a final assembly environment.
+ You will work closely with the welding leadership team and a group of experienced welders to assemble machined and cut parts into finished products, primarily using horizontal TIG welds with occasional multi-position work
+ The position is heavily hands-on, requiring strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on client-specific, short-run production jobs

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform high-quality TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel, primarily 14 gauge, with materials ranging from 20 gauge up to 11 gauge and occasionally 7 gauge
+ Execute approximately 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding as needed to support production requirements
