**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing MIG, Flux Core, and STICK welding on heavy gauge steel components, typically 1 inch thick and above, in a high-volume steel fabrication environment. You will set up and operate welding equipment, complete quality welds within specified time frames, and contribute to the fabrication of large steel products by reading blueprints, performing simple layouts, and using a variety of tools to ensure accurate and structurally sound welds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG, Flux Core, and STICK welding on heavy gauge steel, including material that is 1 inch thick and above.
+ Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
+ Complete welds within defined time frames while maintaining high quality and adherence to specifications.
+ Carry out simple fabrication tasks and perform basic layouts based on blueprints and work instructions.
