**Job Description**

This role operates welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The welder reads and interprets technical drawings, sets up and adjusts welding machines, and ensures all welds meet quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement across the production process.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate welding machines that feed wire to bond and fuse metal materials according to job specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production documents to plan and execute welding work accurately.
