**Job Title: Welder**

**Job Description**

This role involves performing MIG and stick welding to fabricate and repair metal forms and machine components used in concrete pipe production. You will read simple drawings to lay out rebar, build and maintain large metal forms, and carry out general mechanical and manual labor tasks in an open-air concrete yard. The position requires strong attention to safety, accuracy in measurement, physical stamina, and the ability to support the team until daily production work is completed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and stick welding on new and existing machine parts and metal forms.
+ Weld new parts onto machines and grind or remove old parts efficiently and safely.
+ Read and interpret simple drawings (not full blueprints) to lay out rebar and build metal forms accurately.
