**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**
**Job Description**
This role is for an experienced aluminum MIG welder and fabricator who works primarily on aircraft ground support equipment and large fabricated structures. You will perform production welding on thicker aluminum materials, interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols, and independently set up and operate welding equipment in a fast-paced environment. TIG welding experience is preferred and will be used for fitting and fabrication tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review blueprints, weld symbols, and job travelers at the start of each shift to understand project requirements and specifications.
+ Set up aluminum MIG welding equipment, including selecting and installing 5053 wire, adjusting gas flow, and configuring heat settings for the specific material and joint.
