**💼 What You’ll Do**

+ Perform **MIG welding** on steel components in a production setting
+ Read and interpret **blueprints and weld symbols**
+ Weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
+ Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
+ Fit, grind, and finish parts using hand and power tools
+ Repair or rework components when needed
+ Set up and position materials using jigs, clamps, and fixtures
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
