KEY RESULT AREAS

• To assist with the council obligations on tonnage data reporting linked to the environmental permit for the landfill site and tax obligations.
• To deal with service requests from customers. To review, update and communicate to customers the pricing structure and applicable rates and monitor customers are charged the correct rates.
• To collate information and produce data reports from the Council systems in use suitable for performance monitoring and utilisation reports to support senior managers.
• To follow existing accounting procedures for the control and reconciliation of income linked to the service area, including customer set up, issue of invoices and regular checks to verify integrity of data. To liaise with internal departments and external organisations as needed.
