Key Responsibilities
β Act as the central client point of contact throughout the projectβs life. It includes ideation, project
scoping, project planning, vendor evaluation, and project delivery.
β Clearly understand and communicate business requirements and integration points in the context of the
statement of work.
β Coordinate project delivery process with key contributors to help handle the scope and prepare change
requests, including tasks, deliverables, landmarks, resources, and estimated costs.
β Handle all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closure.
β Maintain regular communication with both the vendor and internal teams, and constantly manage
stakeholder expectations.
β Achieve customer delight through successful delivery of defined project scope and successful go-to-
market.
