Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Website and Digital Project Manager to join one of the largest and oldest Friendly Societies in the UK at their head office in Manchester.

About the role
 Our client is a non-profit mutual offering social opportunities and welfare support to its members across 99 Branches nationwide. As the Website and Digital Project Manager, you will:

  • Take a lead role in maintaining and improving the website, working with agency partners
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to take forward digital projects that will improve the user experiences of members and prospective members
  • Manage the day-to-day smooth operation of various digital projects, which may include introducing new online tools, deployment of CRM systems and applications
