Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Manage website hosting, domains, and server configurations in coordination with IT or hosting providers
• Implement and maintain website security measures, including backups, updates, and vulnerability monitoring
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance)
• Manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms
• Coordinate website enhancements, new features, and integrations with internal teams or external vendors
• Track website analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Maintain documentation for website processes, updates, and technical configurations
