Premier Contractors has been providing weatherization services to the greater Philadelphia are for more than 30 years. We service utility based programs, DOE funded programs, and private customers.
We are looking to hire and train 2 techs to help weatherize residential homes in a 50 mile radius of our Chalfont location. Duties to include (after training period): Blower door air testing for building shell tightness, caulking and weatherstripping of windows and doors, replacement of windows and doors, installation of pipe wrap on water lines, installation of replacement glass in windows, installation of drywall patches, cutting in of access panels and framing of hatchways, blocking off chase-ways in attic and basement using foam board and/or expanding foam, installation o...
