Job Description
Join IDEXX in Kingston, Ontario as a Water Quality Instrument Technician. You'll focus on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting water testing technologies for exceptional quality outcomes.
This full-time role involves working closely with water quality instruments. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, performing maintenance, and documenting procedures. Safety and efficiency are key priorities, along with acting as a line lead when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning water quality equipment
• Perform general maintenance on assigned instruments
• Document testing procedures accurately using spreadsheets
• Assemble and demonstrate recent electrical components
• Identify and report safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Basic math and computer skills
