About the role:
Support the planning, forecasting, and stock management of Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) in Thailand by ensuring smooth merchandising operations and effective coordination with Retail, Business Development, and Regional teams, contributing to business performance and stock efficiency.

1. WFJ Business Performance
Monitor and analyze product performance and sales trends
Support preparation of weekly and monthly business reports
Track product launches and coordinate with cross-functions to ensure smooth execution
2. Product Assortment, Forecast & Stock Management
Support product assortment planning and monthly sales forecasts aligned with regional guidelines
Monitor stock level and highlight risks and opportunities (e.g. slow-moving, shortages)
