Thames Water are currently recruiting an Waste and Sustainability Coordinator within the Environmental Compliance Team. This team sits within the Renewals and Logistics area of the business. Its function is to reduce waste by encouraging re-use and sustainability by promoting its internal free cycle operation, Greentag and to ensure compliance with waste regulations.

What you will be doing as a Waste and Sustainability Coordinator

Day to day management of re-use of materials & equipment within the Company via an intranet-based system ‘Greentag’.
Ensuring compliance with Waste Duty of Care.
Provide advice on waste management matters.
Problem solving and innovation.
Support the Environmental Compliance Lead as subject matter expert for waste.
Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met within the Company.
Recording and reporting waste data.
