The TechOps Supply Chain
Warranty team is seeking an experienced professional to join as a Specialist -
Warranty Supply Chain Management, responsible for the execution of warranty, guarantee,
and entitlement claim project management.

Important attributes for
this role include being a self-starter, accountable to self and driving
accountability from suppliers. The Specialist must work collaboratively with
frequent interaction with internal stakeholders and understanding of their
constraints; be relationship-driven, solution-oriented, strategic, good problem
solver; and be able to work with minimal supervision and superior
prioritization skills to enable complete ownership of projects. A basic
understanding of aviation warranty processes, contracts, and metrics is highly
preferred.
