**Job Duties**

+ Review and correct all warranty claims generated through technicians to prepare for submission to vendors.
+ Process all Crown warranty claims and claims for any other manufacturer represented by Crown.
+ Review monthly A/R reports on all vendor warranty accounts.
+ Process all warranty claim paperwork and track claims from the time they are submitted to the time they are paid or rejected.
+ Maintain files on warranty claims.
+ Tracking rejected warranties and notifying Service Manager about rejected warranties.
+ Prepare monthly list of warranties not paid and determine disposition.
+ Resubmit warranty claims as needed.
+ Maintaining, shipping and tracking warranty parts to vendors or scraping as needed.
+ Determine disposition of warranty parts returned from vendor as a result of a rejected claim.
