Warehouse Worker Purchasing

The Warehouseman is responsible for the daily receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering of equipment, tools, and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Certification Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Valid Texas Driver's License, a good driving record, and proof of insurance on vehicle used to travel to district
• Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check

Special Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to operate fork-lift, pallet jack and light truck
• Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read supply requisitions and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to operate personal computer
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
