Purpose of the role:

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse colleagues within a specific operational area (e.g., picking, packing, goods-in, replenishment, dispatch). Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Leader ensures that daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining high levels of colleague engagement and operational discipline.

Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based work.
May involve manual handling and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
