Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Lead on the Monday through Thursday day shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA.



This position will help direct the work of, support and lead a team of frontline employees within the warehouse area. You will help maintain a safe and organized work environment while fostering teamwork and accountability.
Main Job Duties:

· Models high standards of conduct and leadership. Leads and motivates team to meet daily performance goals and quality standards.

· Ensures that employees are utilizing materials properly and effectively.

· Assists in the training of new employees.

· Acts as the “expert” for all areas within the warehouse.

· Acts as a liaison between the warehouse team and management communicating direction, issues, concerns, etc.
