You will be the driving force behind our nocturnal logistics, supervising a dedicated team to manage everything from intake to dispatch while maintaining a safety-first culture. Your goal is to ensure 100% load accuracy and system integrity before the sun comes up.

• Safety & Team Leadership: Champion a zero-harm environment, managing staff attendance, conducting return-to-work interviews, and coaching your team to hit high performance standards.
