+ Plan and coordinate daily workloads to optimize shift performance
+ Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback and coaching
+ Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods (A3, Lean)
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and operational procedures
