Job Description We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support Ryder's culture of continuous improvement across operations. The Engineer will identify and drive change through data‑driven CI, engineering, and automation efforts to deliver higher levels of performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Summary The role works across all operational levels, reports to Lead Engineer/CI Manager, and aligns with Operations Management.
