We’re Hiring: Warehouse Responsible
Location: Pemba, Mozambique

NOV is looking for a highly organized and driven Warehouse Responsible to lead and optimize our warehousing operations in Pemba. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and team leadership—this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Supervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damage
  • Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performance
