Follow Manager's instruction to execute and hit KPI target:

  • Inventory records match physical stock.
  • Execute and maintain SOP, ensure day-to-day operation hit compliance.
  • Cycle count execution and result validation.
  • Perform timely line & process audit to ensure ZERO NC.

    • Manage Project:

  • New warehouse site.
  • SAP optimization and S4 Hana onboard.
  • CIP, Continuous Improvement Process and fan-out.
  • SOP Alignment.

  • Ensure WH team can meet the TOP goal of no line down.
