Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator Assistant to join our Production Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organised and compliant warehouse and vault environment, supporting dual-control processes, and ensuring that all materials, cards, and documentation are handled in accordance with G+D's operational and security standards.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
  • Ensure all materials are correctly packed and labelled in the Warehouse and Vault.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Warehouse and Vault at all times.
  • Advise and assist the Security Intern with waste removal where required.
  • Ensure all card and paper waste is shredded in accordance with compliance procedures.
  • Inspect and file job cards accurately.
