Just Recruitment is working with a growing business within the FMCG sector - looking to add a 'Warehouse Operative' to their team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. The key purpose of this role is to assist with the smooth running of all warehouse operations, working with the wider business team to ensure that customer expectations are met. Key duties: Drive FLT Ensure FLT checks are carried out and failures reported. Ensure stock rotation is done in compliance with agreed site standards. Report all damages. Complete pre-loading vehicle inspections Ensure vehicle is loaded with out damages. Maintain effective communication such as hauliers, line management. Follow site escalation procedures in the event of issues, non-compliance, and failures. Ensure all personnel visiting area follow site HSE procedures.
