Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key leader within our fulfilment function, the Warehouse Operations Manager will take ownership of all inbound activities, including goods-in, B2B operations, kitting, and replenishment. This role sits at the heart of our fast-paced operation, driving performance, quality, and efficiency across warehouse processes.

You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of goods-in operatives, forklift drivers, and warehouse colleagues, embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will ensure seamless operational flow, support outstanding customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve processes as we continue to scale.
