Help keep our warehouse buzzing through the night. You’ll set the pace for the night, brief the team with clarity and confidence, and work alongside our Team Leaders to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll track progress, jump in on the floor when it counts, and lead with positivity and purpose. Whether you’re on a forklift or a pump truck, you’ll move goods safely and help build a space where everyone feels valued, supported and ready to do their best — the IKEA way.


WHAT WE OFFER
