We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to support warehouse operations, with a strong focus on administration , systems management, and process improvement.

This role is best suited for someone with a structured and analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, procedures, and systems. Warehouse experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to warehouse operations
• Develop, review, and maintain warehouse procedures and documentation
• Manage and update warehouse systems (Oracle)
• Monitor operational data, reports, and KPIs
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure process standardization, organization, and compliance
